Cimbal Music, cimbalom band

The renowned cimbalom band band Cimbal Music specializes in traditional Czech, Moravian and Slovak folk music. The band consists of both professional musicians with a musical education and semi-professional musicians of various professions. They are united by their love of folk music and many years of experience from various dulcimer bands and musical projects.
The musicians enjoy addressing a wide audience and transmitting the magic of folk music to the present day, contributing to the popularization of the musical legacy both at home and abroad. Musical performances can combine traditional folk music with film and pop melodies, which is why they are suitable for any event, celebration or party. The band's “signature” is the electro-acoustic dulcimer Bohák since 1900 model Titan made in Liptovský Mikuláš, Slovakia. This instrument is the work of master Slavomír Hromáda, an experienced manufacturer with a long tradition. The dulcimer combines traditional sound and signature design with modern technologies that use the most modern materials such as titanium and unique pickups from the Electrosonic SBS workshop of Ján Šlapák, which makes it a unique and attractive instrument on the market. The electro-acoustic version allows easy connection to an amplifier, which is ideal for live performances.
