Anežka Jiráčková, viola

Anežka Lada Jiráčková is a Czech violist who has been dedicated to solo, chamber and orchestral music for a long time. Already during her studies at the Pilsen Conservatory, she achieved significant successes, including winning 2nd prize in the national Conservatory Competition in 2011. In 2019, she completed her studies with a master's degree at the Hochschule für Musik "Carl Maria von Weber" in Dresden with Prof. Vladimír Bukač. During her studies, she was a scholarship holder of the prestigious Brücke/Most Stiftung foundation.

As a soloist, she performed in collaboration with the North Bohemian Philharmonic, where she interpreted works by Karel Stamic, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Max Bruch. Chamber music has also played an important role in her artistic career, she collaborated with the renowned string quartet Pavel Haas Ensemble and Ensemble Berg. She regularly attended the French-Czech Music Academy in Telč and, as a scholarship holder at the Bachwoche Ansbach festival, she deepened her interpretation experience under the guidance of renowned European musicians.

In 2017, she received a scholarship for selective interpretation courses in solo, chamber and orchestral playing at the Mahler Academy in cooperation with the Mahler Chamber Orchestra. Anežka Lada Jiráčková was a member of the Chamber Music Academy for four years in cooperation with the Villa Musica foundation, with which she continues to cooperate as a graduate.

She gained orchestral experience, for example, at the Robert Schumann Philharmonic in Chemnitz, with the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester, during the Czech Philharmonic Academy or as part of her engagement at the Dresden Philharmonic. She currently holds the position of representative of the viola group in the Prague Symphony Orchestra FOK.

In addition to classical music, she is also actively engaged in the interpretation of other genres, chanson and alternative music, for example in cooperation with the bands Chantet and Floex.
